Disappointed. Standard of sushi is not corespondent to the price nor the time spent queueing. Grade of fish is bad for the price you’re paying. There are much better sushi joints beside this place

This was so good that I came back twice during my 4 night trip on Tokyo. The ambiance, quality of the service, and freshness of the food are all excellent! Grab a ticket from the front and line up! It’s located on the 10th floor of the mall in the very far left corner. My favorites were the toro, uni, scallop and the fried chicken. If you eat about 20 plates it’s about $80 USD which is cheap compared to US prices! I highly recommend this restaurant as the best conveyor belt sushi restaurant and plan to return on every trip to Tokyo.

Stumbled across this when the Tokyu Plaza first opened back in the day. Both food and service are pretty good. At the time English speaking staff was nonexistent but it was not necessary for my husband and I as he speaks Japanese and I spoke Sushi. Make sure that's what you do instead of taking food off the belt. Speak out firmly and loud enough to make your orders to the chefs in the nicer kaiten sushi restaurants is how you get the best stuff. [Do NOT do this at low end cheap kaiten sushi places]The corner booth seat on the far right end from the front entrance is by far the best seat. The full view of Ginza is spectacular and compliments the whole experience. Only 4 stars for a great place because I hate going into the Tokyu Plaza building and if I'm in the building I sure as heck don't have the patience to wait in line to eat here, and there is often a line nowadays .

My friend recommended me to have sushi here. When for it the night before but was at 10pm, last order is 945pm. So came back next day for lunch. Waiter and chef was nice. But the food was not nice. Had nicer sushi in osaka.

Definitely the best shop to eat sushi because the ratio between price and taste. Kaitenzushi style. Seat in the counter to enjoy the real atmosphere and watch the sushiman working. The sushi is super good. There are many kinds of sushi. Tuna is the best one. Chu Toro and O-Toro are amazing. They melt inside the month. Other good asks are Nama Salmon and Aburi Salmon. If you prefer to taste different ones, try Unagi (eel) and ika (squid). You must arrive before starting time 11am. The place is always crowded and it is easy to spend more than one hour on the line. But it does not matter since the sushi is the best. You can eat as much you want and it is hard to spend more than 5,000Â¥. Dishes from 150Â¥ up to 600Â¥.

Good quality and price conveyer belt sushi made for a fun experience. We did queue for about 40 minutes as other reviews said, they will take your mobile and text updates however not for international phone numbers which was a bummer - if we could have killed the time having a drink nearby would have been very happy. We ended up doing this anyway and even with constantly checking in missed our number, they were very helpful and got us in shortly after that. Loved the woman at the front who was very helpful and called our number in English after the rest were only in Japanese. She later helped us translate a special item off the menu. Food, atmosphere, staff all fantastic... queue system has room to improve. 2ppl - tons of sushi, 3 beers, 1 sake approx $75 +++Make your own matcha! 🤗

We cannot get tired of going there. Every day they have special dishes. We spent 6 weeks in Tokyo and almost ate there daily.

Delicious and fresh conveyor belt sushi. Definitely a recommended spot for anyone looking for sushi in Ginza. The wait was a bit long at 8PM so take a number early and busy yourself for some time.

Great food and service. We waited over an hour on a Saturday for counter seating. Faster seating is available if you don't sit at the counter or don't care to sit with your group. Sushi was great for the price. Staff were excellent.

Well priced sushi train style restaurant on level 10 of Tokyu Plaza Ginza. We visited three times during our stay in Tokyo because the fish was such good quality for the price. They offer basic plate for as little as ¥143 and ootoro that melts away in your mouth can even be had for a reasonable ¥748 for two pieces. おいしい

*** a great sushi stand with high quality ***Nice and affordable sushi stand on B2 floor of Tokyu Plaza Ginza. The building has the same brand but sushi-go-round styled restaurant on 10F, but it always has a long waiting queue which often make us wait for 2 hours. This stand on B2 has a shorter queue because of its capacity, and you can reach sushi within about 30 mins. You may feel hard to order sushi in Japanese though, it's worth trying.

Great price for great quality sushi. We went for dinner on a Saturday night - we took a number and had to wait for 90 minutes. This was not a problem as we went for a drink at a bar in the plaza while we waited.Restaurant was extremely busy and full of locals - a good sign!We ordered LOADS of sushi (maybe 14 plates) and drinks and it came to a very reasonable price of around ¥7000.The sushi was all amazing and the conveyer belt was a lot of fun!Would highly recommend.

This restaurant is located on 10th floor in Restaurants & Cafe area of Tokyu mall. It has an awesome view and serving really fresh sushi. We were so lucky with no lines when we got there but do expect a waiting line to get in. The three of us could easily finished 30 plates of nigiri and cost around $20/person.

If you can see past the long line (we waited 2 hours on a Sunday night at 7PM), it is well worth your time. The fish is incredibly fresh and there is a good variety on the conveyor belt (including desserts!) You also have the option of ordering off a menu if you don't see your desired dish. Be warned though, it is easy to get carried away when you're hungry, the food passes by you at eye level, and each order is simply a swipe of your hand.

This sushi train was the closest when I opened Yelp and it was a great one to be near. Enjoyed all the food there. We came a little after 4 and there was already a line - seems this place is just constantly busy. There's a good selection here and if you don't see what you like on the belt, you can always order from the chefs. Twas also a nice environment - fancy. The meal turned out not to be as expensive as we thought it was going to be. Always a plus.

Worth the wait for this conveyor belt sushi restaurant. First place I been to in Tokyo and the experience was amazing. They have an English menu also so don’t worry. Just get a number at the machine in the front to get in line and they will call the number once they are ready to serve you.

Went on a Friday lunch without waiting.Staff speaks English fluent enough for serving. The selection of sushi available isn’t huge, but whatever they have is delicious and extremely fresh. There aren’t many plates on the conveyor belt, so 90% of our orders came from individual orders on the paper note (which also comes in Eng and Korean). It is so affordable that 3 of us ate to our hearts’ content and only paid 6500 yen, for 22-25 plates. Our best pick was eel and tuna.

From my favourite conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Hokkaido, I was pleasantly surprised by this branch! This is a stand-up counter order from the Chef type sushi stand. I “think” it’s slightly more expensive but there’s no crazy 2 hrs wait and the best is that if you’re alone, you get to order 1 piece of the sushi vs. min. of 2 pieces from the conveyor belt.

We went as a group of 3 at around 1:30pm weekday. The wait was fairly short. The sushi was excellent, everything was fresh and the rice is nice and firm. The plus about this restaurant is that we can order on a separate menu. It is made right in front of us. Desserts are really good as well.

Very good sushi and very fair priced. The fatty tuna was 780 yen and it was very worth imo. Wait time was pretty fair as well and they don't rush you when you're inside. Highly recommended. You can order by writing on paper and giving to the sushi chefs.

It was definitely worth the 45mins wait. Get a number as soon as you arrive. The sushi is fantastic and there are also some alternatives for the others like karaage. The chef's have fun and the mood is lively!

it was packed on a Sunday lunch. We were told an hour waiting time and it was confirmed, thus we were hungry but since the first choice was delicious we continued to get surprised by the general high quality of the food. We are regular Sunday kaiten sushi customers all over Tokyo for 7 years. One of the best we have found. Our choice was mainstream: salmon , tuna, ikura (the overall best for taste) and so on. They miss the fifth star as they failed in speed and sometimes forgot our order.
